TAT:

Ruthie Moon has a TAT of 21 business days unless stated otherwise depending on the product. 

Shipping:

Once your item ships, please give a time frame of 7-10 business days for the package to scan in. Once packages leave my hands, we are no longer responsible for them. If you run into this issue, you are more than welcome to contact the carrier directly.

Ruthie Moon strives to serve our customers nothing but excellence. We are not responsible for any damage done to your phone in a result of a drop. Phone charms are not to be used as a wristlet, they are only used as an accessory. 

Trade-in Offer:
